The right speed (• or ••) is according to the quantity and consistency of the food being blended. Use the Low speed (•) for a small amount and softer foods and high speed (••) for larger amounts and harder foods.

Operating Instructions:
Attached the removable blender stick to the main body by twisting it into place.
Insert the mains plug (with dry hands!) into the nearest socket.
Place the blades into the food before operating the stick blender to prevent splattering.
Press either the low or high speed buttons to blend the food.
